Over the past four decades GM Aguirre has started 4 Martial Art Schools while continuing to compete. While he raised his three boys he prioritized family and his involvement in competition was limited. Now that they are grown up he has been refocused on his passion, and is being recognized internationally by achieving ‘World Champion’ in Traditional Katas and Weapons at the Emperado KSDI World Wide Championship in Vegas, LKKA Tournament in Honolulu,  Classico De Ensenada Torneo Abierto, De Artes Marciales, and BC Open Martial Arts Championship in Canada (to name a few).
